We had 2 rooms here for 2 nights during Oktoberfest and this hotel was within perfect walking distance. It's also a nice walking distance from the famous Marienplatz with lots of shopping and food. This hotel is on a very busy street with a lot of activity all hours of the day although it did not bother us. (Reminder that our stay was also during Oktoberfest, so it may not always be that busy.) The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, there was a nice variety for breakfast, the room was clean and comfortable. There is a parking garage close, which worked well. The rooms we were in both had all single beds, which was perfect for our mixed group. Overall, it worked well for us and I would stay here again.

The breakfast menu was really good. However, the entrance was filled with cigarette smoke, which surprised me when I walked in. Compared to the entrance, the inside of the hotel was fine, but the bathtub in the room needed some repaid

I loved how central the hotel was, but there are a few things worth knowing. First, there's no air conditioning, so during the summer you'll need to open a window. And that’s when you discover that the neighbouring businesses appear to be strip clubs, or at least establishments with a very enthusiastic nightlife schedule. I was on the fifth floor, and it was still quite noisy until around 3 or 4 a.m. The staff also asked me to pay to store my luggage before check-in, which I found pretty ridiculous. I've never been charged for that at a hotel before; luggage storage prior to check-in is usually complimentary, not treated like an add-on.

The staff was very friendly. They allowed us to store our bags prior to check-in. The room was clean but extremely sparse. The beds were very hard. The water pressure in the shower was great but the temperature was extremely finicky. It was close to the train station which was nice but it is next door to a gentleman’s club. We only stayed one night and left before breakfast.

Came by myself for Oktoberfest. Conveniently located for an easy 10-15 minute walk. Plenty of shops and places to eat right in the neighborhood. Also 5 minute walk to the Bahnhoff. Streets can be loud at night so if you are a light sleeper you may not want to stay here. Other than that it was a good stay.

The staff was courteous and the breakfast buffet was well stocked with lots of choices. The elevator, albeit very small, did not go to the top floor, so we got in a few extra steps and a flight of stairs each day. The room was good size and had everything you need. The bath and face towels are definitely not soft or luxurious. The hall way could use some carpet, rugs and/or pictures to help absorb the sounds from the hallway and elevator.
