Galway vacation at Imperial Hotel

Comfortable beds. Clean hotel. Looks small from outside but quite big on the inside. Very good location. Very close and walkable to train and bus stations, harbor, historic area and plenty of food joints and shopping. No need for a vehicle to get about town.

A good hotel but did not really stand out as exceptional on any front. Decent location but a bit of a walk to the parking garage. Would not be my first choice to stay at again, but I would stay again if I did not have another location to go to.

Centrally located close to shops and restaurants and food outlets. Easy to get to. Really large room with three beds and large bathroom. Even though breakfast was not included the breakfast buffet in restaurant was a good deal. Only negative was no fridge in room and no guest laundry.

Decent, but unremarkable. Value for money.

This is an OK place to stay. Bed comfortable, room small-ish, some noise, but that's part of the deal if you want to stay in the centre of town. Easy walking distance to most things. Food OK, nowt special, bar service good (which is important). Impossible to park outside, even for a few minutes, without causing an obstruction, and the parking associated with the hotel is a little way to walk. Price reasonable for the location and facilities provided. This is the hotel all the spies stay in if they don't want to get noticed.

At first given a room that someone had been smoking in. Asked are another room as my wife is allergic to smoke. Given room 230. We were in Europe for 6 weeks. This is by far the best room we stayed in. I want to thank the Manager for making our stay in Galway one of the best destinations on our trip!

We only stayed one night and couldn’t not stay first night horrible experience. The hotel room was full of MOLD. We had to checkout for health and safety reasons. Rude staff and will connect with Expedia as this should not be on your at of offered properties. As a hotel professional this is beyond terrible.
