Amazing room and the best shower I have ever had. Breakfast is nice, it's a standard hotel buffet but no menu and not the highest quality items. Probably not worth the money. Be aware you do have to pay for parking and it's £29 for 24hrs! Better off parking in the station long stay.

Lovely hotel with beautiful public areas, friendly staff and in a great location. The breakfast choice was good and the Garden Room was a nice place to have lunch. The bedroom was good size, however, bedroom decor was very tired with grubby carpets and badly stained armchairs. That being said I would say the positives outweighed the negatives and I would recommend the Milner.

I would ask reception staff for dressing gowns to use the pool as no one could figure out how to use the lockers.

The whole of the hotel is well maintained. The rooms are clean and bathrooms well stocked with toiletries. Breakfast has a good choice of hot and cold food. Lounges are very comfortable with food and beverages available to purchase. There is a lovely swimming pool on the lower ground floor which we particularly enjoyed.
