When we booked we asked to stay in the handicapped room. We were told that was done. When we arrived we were told that the room was not available. The entry was not set up very well for someone needing to use a walker. The sloped walkway was uneven and the door opened so that you had to walk past the door. When we got into our room 3 light bulbs did not work. The clerk Brittany went above and beyond in assisting us . She replaced 2 of the 3 bulbs (as that was all she had). She was very helpful in figuring out which of the 2 remotes to make the TV work. Overall she was a bright spot in an otherwise unpleasant stay.

Drapes on the window was all stained, beds and pillows were clumpy poor condition, breakfast was lame (cold and not many options, no muffins or fruit). Only good thing was the lady at the front desk, she was friendly and helpful.

We went to our room which ended up being the honeymoon suite. On our way to it we noticed the elevator looked dirty/dingy, the walls in the hallway had noticeable damage. As soon as we walked into the room it felt like we were transported into the 1990s. From the furniture to the wallpaper. It smelt weird possibly smoke, stagnant, old air. The room layout was also strange. My guest with me said they noticed the tub was dirty. We spent maybe 5 mins in the room, we didn’t have a good feeling about it so we decided to leave. The front staff was super nice and helpful though. It’s becoming run down and needs facelift. If you don’t have much expectations it’s probably fine. The price was very good though.

Front desk staff were fantastic, accommodating and very friendly! The hotel is quite run down, lots of damages and just things that could use to be replaced or updated. Our room was not the cleanest, it had a lot of dirt/pebbles etc along the walls and around the beds, it needs a good vacuum, not just the traffic areas. For the price it was what I expected.
