Extended Stay has been an absolute blessing to us during a really difficult season. From the moment we arrived, their team has shown nothing but kindness, understanding, and genuine care for our family. They went above and beyond to make us feel supported and comfortable, even in ways we didn’t expect. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and any problems that you have with the rooms are addressed in a timely manner. There is public transportation within walking distance around 15 min. There are also plenty of eating places nearby and the neighborhood is walkable. Its a safe area and you see police patroling the area often.

From day one, on Friday until my departure on Monday morning. there was standing water. in my bathtub. I wasn't asked or offered to move to another room. due to no maintenance available on weekends.
this is just another example of what I had to contend with. the door to the closet. damaged. needing repair. as did the standing water in the tub. .one notable person us named Peter. who did take time to help with my booking..he was exceptional.

Do not stay here.

Room was not cleaned before we came, we could see the pillows are yellow dirty needing to be replaced. Carpet is smelly. There's no kitchen pans or silverware, no coffee maker. Breakfast is "to go" and extremely frugal. Hotel needs better management and remodeling.

Miss Rozlyn at the front desk is very dynamic and the property is very clean. Although it's not a traditional hotel - no room service or normal maid service - you can go to the front desk when someone is there from the staff and they will do their best to get you what you need as a guest. Also the gentleman who works on the weekends keeps the interior of the property very clean! downside - the outside courtyard area is unkempt. there is trash in front of the balconys of the guest rooms. the pool is unusable, locked, green with algae, and a breeding ground for mosquitoes - it should be drained and a landscaper brought in once a week to maintain the interior grounds. bonus: there are barbeque grills in the parking lot and guests seem to congregate there on weekends in summer. Fun and festive!!

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. When I checked in, I was first placed in a dirty room. Although I was later offered a different room, Miriam,the front desk clerk attitude throughout the process was extremely unprofessional. She spoke to me as if I hadn’t paid for my stay and made me feel singled out and unwelcome. No guest deserves to be treated with disrespect especially after paying their money to stay somewhere that’s supposed to feel safe and comfortable. The lack of courtesy and basic customer service was unacceptable, and I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training for their staff

Dated property with no frills. Pool is closed and they’ve eliminated breakfast. Rooms were decently clean, staff friendly and quite helpful. Overall, a decent play to stay if you need a temporary roof over your head. Quiet facility and large rooms, but still has the faint smell of smoke from when that was still allowed.
