Everything regarding our stay was great. It was comfortable and very clean. The restaurant was great and the rooftop was a delight. The only issues we had was with the valet parking. It’s paid to a different company separate from the hotel. They held one of our vehicles for ransom demanding payment before they would bring our car to us. We were still patrons at the hotel. They told us they were charging us for an extra day not just the two nights we were staying. Once I made payment, the link to request the cars disappeared. I had to have a conversation in person at the kiosk with the “boss” on a call to resolve all the issues.
