We drove in from Kenmare and I dropped my wife with our luggage at the hotel. She checked in while I returned the rental car. The check-in was flawless. The room was very clean and quiet. We love the Stephen's Green location. My wife's credit card fell into a couch crevice. We couldn't reach it, nor could our housekeeper. The housekeeper called maintenance, and within a few minutes a young man appeared. He separated the sectional couch, and the card drop to the floor. Case solved.
