We stayed for 6 nights. My husband and I found the room sufficient. We did notice an insect crawling in the bed sheets, which was not pleasant. Overall very average stay, overpriced for what you get in my opinion.

We had our door left open by cleaning staff while we were out. Thankfully nothing was missing...I reported it to front desk. Other than that incident, the room was comfortable and breakfast was always pleasant on the roof terrace. Good location to catch the metro or walk to major sights. Quiet neighborhood but expect the church bell to go off every 15 min starting at 7am. We got used to it though.

I paid for the hotel when I got there as this was the option I selected. They then charged a different card £105 for no reason, the staff said they couldn't help me as they didn't do it and there was nothing they could do. I even showed them on my banking, it was the hotel name on the transaction. I will now have to report them with my bank when I get home. For this reason I would never book this apartment again. Its basicallg fraud!

Ok stay, and Ok room. The area is not nice but very central. We had a very bad experience with parking, they wrote they had parking but they didn’t and they charged 140€ for 4 days for a garage. But the car was just parked on the street and you had to carry you luggage to the hotel. So 140€ for streets parking and no service. When I arrived and found out they would not refund or allow any other option. Even with another parking garage next door that only wanted 100€ for better parking. So just another tourist ripoff.

We loved the location of this property, close to everything in the centre. B&B Cortese is like an oasis in the middle of an extremely busy city! Great soundproofing, beautifully renovated property with a small kitchen. Our room had a sea view and a quaint church right in front of it, so we could enjoy the chimes, very romantic indeed. The complementary breakfast is held on a terrace with even an even better view to the sea. Many thanks to Adriana and James who greeted us with a big smile every morning. Also thanks to Ilaria and Andrea for being lovely front desk staff. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the hard mattress, but Ilaria offered to rectify the situation and we found a solution to the problem. The pillows were not great either and we were told there was only one type, but again we found a solution. If you're going to stay in beautiful Naples, we can highly recommend this place and if we ever were to return, we would certainly stay here again!

Breakfast was €10 a day per person. The menu was extremely limited and to top it off, not every option was available. we were four people in the room only received a blanket for one bed. There was hair in the shower when we arrived. The bathroom had a foul smell. The bathroom had a window in the shower but it opened to the hotel’s hallway so obviously we could not leave it open. The front desk closed at 8 PM so if you needed anything, you were not able to speak with an employee of the facility.

Wow! This place surpassed our expectations as a family of four. We had everything we needed with great AC, super friendly staff, clean and spacious room, easy check in. Literally checks all of the boxes. They have a terrace with a view of the port and you can see the big cruise ships coming in. Wonderful place!

Excellent conditions in the apartment but due to not clear communication in the email we were unable to get inside the apartment for a while. Nobody was answering the chat or calls. We were fortunate that some people came and were able to help us get in. This was past midnight and we were really uncomfortable and pretty desperate… We would suggest more clear instructions for late checkin on how to reach the key.
