Very clean and quiet. But, a few important things happened during our stay: 1. The door didn't lock. Front desk told me twice that they had fixed it so i climbed the stairs twice, both times the door opened with just a push again. Down the stairs to insist. It took maintenance 3 tries over a few hours to finally just change the lock entirely. (That included me having to climb the stairs with our luggage at least 3 times; one of the front desk men helped me two of those times thankfully). 2. The sides of the kiddie and adult pools are covered in algae. 3. The water in both pools was cold. My daughter kept shivering. I couldn't even last long in the water myself. I expected warm water due to their advertising "climatizado" but it was definitely not the case. Only the air in the covered pool was warm. No swimming for us. 😕 4. The TV didn't work until someone came to fix it. They said the box had disconnected itself.

Interesante, el hotel está lindo, limpio y cómodo, La recepción es muy amable pero el servicio en general de la zona deja mucho que desear, es como si todos en el parque y restaurante estuvieran de malas. Si pienses que habrá alguien que te ayude con la maletaz es un hotel tipo hazlo tu mismo, y después de las 6, no hay comida así que lleva tu kit para cenar desde tu casa
