Orcas Island is beautiful and this property is private and surrounded by nature. While there are several rooms, it feels very private. Host is kind and a good cook (gourmet breakfasts) but introverted and stays out of the way. Was willing to accommodate an early check-in. Hot tub was not easy to access and no cream was provided for coffee/tea other than during the mornings. But the home was clean and surrounded by unique artwork (some for sale). Deck was lovely to watch birds and try to spot an otter in the pond.

I can’t speak highly enough about our experience here! This was the perfect, quaint bnb in a woodsy area of orca’s island. The innkeeper, Amanda, was courteous and kind. She made us feel very welcomed and well cared for while we stayed with her. The property is both beautiful and comfortable. I’m really happy I chose this location and would definitely return!

Just a lovely place

Otters Pond is just a lovely place in a lovely setting. This was the second time that we've stayed there. The place is immaculate. Amanda's breakfast are scrumptious. She gives you enough that there's enough to take for lunch. We definitely plan to return there.

Otters Pond is a magical place. The grounds are filled with beautiful birds and the pond views are absolutely stunning. Our hosts Amanda and Becky are incredibly knowledgeable about everything on the island and are amazing people.The food they prepared was gourmet. We stayed in the Swan room which was incredibly quiet and has a gorgeous view of the pond. If you are going to Orcas island, you must stay here!
