Very bad experience. Terrible communication: despite paying a month in advance, I was left outside for over 1.5 hours, unable to enter without their phone authorization. I called them around ten times with no success, all because their system didn’t generate the access code. Our car was blocking the roadside, but they still refused to help. On the last morning at 7 AM, an alarm went off and rang all day, making it impossible to rest properly. Extremely disappointed. I will not return and do not recommend this place.

Not worth it

Very uncomfortable bed, the bathroom is tiny and has leaks, lots of signs of wear, things are broken and the walls are dirty. The neighborhood is not hip and trendy, it is filthy and noisy. The tram passes right in front of the property so you get the rumble every time it passes by. No privacy unless you close the shutters which then you lose light and ambiance. You will spend a lot of money on transportation if you are looking to visit the city center and all the major Rome attractions.

The apartment was extremely spacious and I loved staying in San Lorenzo and having the conveniences of a nearby grocery store, the young environment, and cheaper food after long touristy days in Rome. We had some technical difficulties with the apartment but the staff was always quick to help out. Overall I’d recommend it!

Absolutely loved this studio apartment. Super clean, bright and modernnice shampoo, conditioner etc and decent towels. Perfectly located for San Lorenzo but close enough to Termini too. As a single female there I felt perfectly safe and slept very well. Internet worked perfectly as did all the remote check in - my new go to place in Rome.
