Reception host was excellent. Asked for a room change due to poor Wi-Fi reception and my request was cheerfully honored. The rooms were dated and could benefit from a coat of paint and some updating. Indoor pool water was rather cool.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Local area nice and pleasant. Parking area was ample for my big vehicle, plenty of space. The rooms itself, whilst clean, really needs an upgrade, very updated furniture and decor. Mattress needs replacing and the rooms had an old smell about it. It was not mentioned until I asked that it is NOT. A winery - the name is deceptive and we wouldn’t have booked otherwise. Staff were nice and helpful. Good very average. Room was ok. Room view was zero ( road and dark ‘alley’. Only standout was good staff who helped and were cheery.

Comfortable week long stay with very warm, friendly and helpful staff at all times. Shout out to Afrika and Leyton. Good location to access McClaren Vale, city and Hahndorf. Tried our hand at pokies here for the first time!

Great value for the money. Garden just outside the room is beautiful to have a drink or even dinner. Rooms are spacious and all equipped for drinks and even to cook in. The second sofa bed was not super comfy, only item to commend on. Staff was super friendly.

Property didnt serve breakfast even though the web site said it did. The room, paint coming off everywhere bathroom tiles cracked also mirrors cracked,and the shower would soak everywhere in the bathroom. The room smelt like mould, was it worth $980 for 7 nights NO but it was xmas and we couldnt get anywhere else

Room did not look like the pictures, very run down and needs to be renovated. Dark rooms, moudly bathroom with the visitor befores hairs all over the tub, shower and floor. Event held which was super noisy and we were not aware of the event. The walls are paper thin and could hear next door talking/ sneezing. Can hear the people above walking around all night. Didnt sleep well at all!

Stayed in December as had family nearby to visit, and it was well priced and had free parking. They kindly upgraded us to the Bridal Suite. A separate lounge room with extra TV, Spa bath, and lovely leafy view from the balcony. Was very quiet – a plus as some reviews commented on road noise – heard none at all. Check in is at a front bar .. not immediately obvious where to enter to do that. Cheerful staff both on check in and departure. Nice room .. nothing like a Hilton type Suite etc, but priced accordingly, and was fine. Internet was fine with thankfully no log in password to search around for. Very nice leafy gardens for a morning walk etc. A very nice stay and would return.
