Lovely Victorian type hotel with a beautiful rooftop view, bar and swimming pool. The location was very good for me as I am a walker. A very good morning breakfast, just wish they offered some bigger cups for us foreigners, who live on coffee ☕️ All the hotels I have stayed at here in SE Asia, position their bathroom lights behind you, if trying to look in the mirror. I’m old and need better lighting to see my ugly mug😅 Over the sink and mirror lighting please.

The location of this hotel was approx. 2 minutes from the beach and as close to any restaurant that you could imagine. The breakfast at the hotel was exquisite. The staff were eager to assist with any request and always with a smile. The room was large and had lots of storage space. We would return in heart beat.

We enjoyed our stay at AVS, check-in and out was easy and staff were helpful. The room and hotel itself seemed a little bit outdated but was clean with no major issues. The beach was a very short walk away however, we wished we knew that the hotel does not have a designated seating area so we either had to shack up at a beach bar or rent seats from another hotel. There are lots of dining options nearby, a 24hr convenience store with laundry services a couple minutes walk away. Breakfast was included and did the job, nothing spectacular.

Excellent location. Very nice hotel. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Very close to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean with prompt service when asked. The rooftop pool and bar was perfect for watching the sunset every evening. Food at the buffet was plenty and catered to western and Asian food. Great selection of dishes. The only issue was the temperature of the hot food in the serving trays. It wasn’t hot, just warm and at times room temperature. Same with items under the heat lamps, which 2 were not working. This was the only issue with the complete stay here. Excellent value for the price

Phenomenal stay with sea view

This was the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam for our 2-week trip. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable bed. We booked the sea view, which was very nice. The hotel let us checked in early without additional cost. Breakfast was phenomenal with different dishes every morning. FREE shuttle bus to and from hotel, which I wasn’t aware until checked out. So we took the hotel free shuttle bus to the airport. Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay at AVS. Will definitely return to this hotel for our next visit.

Great Service & Location

We stayed here for 2 nights and this place has fantastic service! We rented motorbikes from them and upon landing back in Ho Chi Minh realized we had forgotten my fiancés expensive sunglasses in the motorbike side pocket. We contacted the hotel and they went and found them, still in the motorbike. We were leaving back to the US early he next day so we only had that day to get them. The hotel helped us ship them to our hotel in Ho Chi Minh that same day. We called them in the morning and by late afternoon we had them back. They were also packed exceptionally well. We are so thankful for their continual communication and in helping us! Besides the service, the rooms were comfortable, spacious and modern. The breakfast was very robust and tasty. The location is right in town and very close to the airport, making it easy to try different restaurants for dinner. We also booked a car transfer to and from the airport via the hotel and it was great. The beach is also a two min walk away and is very calm and clean. I would also highly recommend going to see the sunset from the rooftop bar and pool. We are very happy we booked this hotel!
