Anchuca - A wonderful place to stay in Vicksburg

It is nothing short of a privilege to be able to stay at Anchuca. A superb house with a wonderful heritage and history. The meal in the restaurant was wonderful, excellent food and great service. We would happily stay for a month. The bedroom was very well appointed and super comfy. Finally a special shout out to the breakfast server who talked with real depth of knowledge about the siege and the role that the house played during and after the siege. You would not be disappointed.

A beautiful historic home. Being able to tour it was fun. Our room was above the dining area so it was a little noisy. Our only complaint was the early dinner reservation.
