Very quaint inn with reasonable prices. Perfect for the two nights we spent in the town. Very flexible check-in times as well!

The hotel was really nice. Loved the fact that you could park outside your room and they had picnics table outside so we were able to have get togethers without having security guards t long us to go inside

Nice, clean, 30 minute walk to Festival on sidewalk, near shopping mall and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great price. Nice indoor pool.

A good, relatively inexpensive place to stay, an easy 5 or less minute drive from downtown Stratford. There are also a number of good restaurants just down the road from the hotel.
Again my only complaint is it's not easy to find from the road, the hotel definitely needs signage on Ontario St.

Vicinity of theatre and many food options. Confusion checking in; didn't know I had to go next door and was staying at the Quality Inn instead of the Festival Inn.

Great no-frills motel
I came to stay for three nights while I enjoyed the theatre festival. Compared to other places to stay in the area it's definitely a less decorated place, but serves its purpose just as well. It's clean and comfortable, and if you're looking to stay nearby for the festival, it's very budget friendly. Definitely in the running if I return in the future.

This is the second time I've stayed here. It is very basic. Pretty much a bed and bathroom. But it is clean, quiet, relatively inexpensive and convenient to downtown Stratford.

Stratford Festival Inn
Good bargain in price; challenge to find (part of Quality Inn complex). Comfortable stay, good sleep. No frills inn. Need to phone for office checkin. We stayed an extra night.

Reasonably priced for what you get. Clean towels. Room was clean except for a couple of chairs with old stains on them.

Entering the property is rather awkward as this motel is actually behind another, which in itself, is attached to a church. There's an Indian resto on the prwmises and several picnic tables scattered throughout. Whenever we asked for something the staff was quite responsive.

The room was alright but the door was so dirty, the soap had been used and the pouch that held the coffee looked like vermin had nippled the package… but the shower was clean and modern…

The bed was not a standard queen, there was no tv remote, the furniture was not really usable. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. A place to sleep but that was about it. The driveway into the facility was tight and we almost got into an accident as someone was driving too fast

Not as advertised. I called before booking and was told they had a pool. NO POOL.
You get what you pay for.
Would not recommend for family stay.

The price was good. The beds were comfortable and the room , although outdated was clean.
The motel is difficult to find because it is hidden behind the quality inn. We found that our room was lacking a table and a couple of chairs, and there wasn’t much place to put anything down no desk either. We were disappointed also that therre was no coffee maker.

There is not sign for this back lot property which was very confusing to find after a long journey. The bed was comfortable but the sink shower carpet and windows in the room were growing mold.

The location was odd, behind another hotel. It was private and had nice green space. The sheets were clean and no signs of unwelcome creatures.
This facility is old and out of date, with a musty smell, likely from the carpet. We had two rooms and both had some funky floor issues where it sunk or was soft in places.
It was just a quick overnight otherwise we would have switched to another hotel.

Check in was done by phone which helped us as we were coming in to town later than expected. Unfortunately the rooms are in bad shape. There were multiple holes/soft spots under the carpet in the main room (very disconcerting), shower was dirty and had a good deal of mould, and there was a dead bug on the side of the coffee cups. Also smelled quite musty. Not worth $180 per night.

The staff was excellent. For an unknown reason the tv was not working. Two staff came to the room to check on it at the same time the lights in the room started flickering. The two staff members were concerned about safety and moved us to the next room. They carried our suitcases, cooler, camera bag etc.and would not consider taking a tip. They said that it was their duty.

We stayed a whole week but did not get any room service until we complained 2 days in a row (that was the 4th and 5th day). We kept getting promises of clean towels/linens but nothing happened until the morning of the 6th day.
The setting was quiet.
We do not plan to use this facility again due to the lack of response on the part of the staff and condition of the facility.

Festival Court Review
The signage for the office was nonexistent so we drove around the building to try to find it. In order to get into our room, we had to walk around a huge weed that was jutting out into the sidewalk. The bathroom door could not close. There was no recycling container. The shower door needed cleaning.
On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and the fridge and coffeemaker were very good! We were happy to see and use the USB port.
