This hotel was close to attractions, metro and buses. It was walkable to shops, restaurants, seaside, etc. the room was clean and the service was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful. This hotel has a great location and very clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are happy that we booked this hotel. The only downside with the hotel room is the flooring in the bathroom. The flooring is marble and is quite slick.

First time in Lisbon and this property excelled in every category. The staff was super helpful, kind, and impressively fluent in English. I don’t recall there being a gym nor pool but walking around the city was the only workout needed. The breakfast was very impressive with many hot and cold options along with an espresso machine. Will stay here again.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to many of the sights worth to see in Lisbon. The room i for had an odd shape with a long hallway. The bathroom ( with excellent decor , loved the golden details) also had an odd shape, with a window across the washer. That means the mirror is not straight ahead, you need to bend in an awkward angle to get to the mirror. Other than that, room was fine. I did not try the breakfast. The hotel restaurant was closed, permanently i was told. Can highly recommend the bifana snack restaurant across the street though, my mouth waters at the thought.

My wife and I stayed for two nights ( 6-7th June). The Hotel staff ( daytime & Nightime) were excellent, very helpful, polite and professional. Our room was in perfect condition. The hotel has been upgraded electronically, which is modern bonus, with everything done at a touch of a switch. We highly reccomend this hotel, a real gem.
