You just need to prepare that there aren’t many stores that you can walk to, but you are an a beautiful hill that is overlooking the ocean. It’s quiet, it’s gorgeous, and the staff are incredibly kind. That’s all… If you can stay here, I recommend you stay here. They will take care of you even with personal recommendations.

Perfect waterfront stay on our last night in Italy. The hotel is great if you’re looking for a view with peace and quiet but there’s nothing walkable nearby. Luigi and Francesco were amazing!! Also worth noting, the airport shuttle is only available 9-5; but the front desk kindly coordinated a 4am cab pickup and even had amazing breakfast bags waiting for us!

Beautiful property. Staff were very nice. View was amazing. The restaurant was good but not a big selection. We booked this hotel based on location and shuttle to airport. Didn’t know until we got there shuttle didn’t start until 9am which didn’t work for us. Hotel did arrange a cab and take away breakfast (we paid for cab 70€)

Hotel itself & staff are great ocean view Is fantastic. They do have a shuttle to the airport. However, In the description it said it was in Naples, it is not it is in Procida. Advertisement said near the international airport, it is not. It is 50 to 60 euros to take cab to the port area for a hop on hop bus. No wait at the breakfast buffet. So if you want a hotel near the international airport this is not it.

This has been a delightful experience, coming through the street gate and entering a whole different world of bright, clean and new! Alessandro helped me with everything for the night, and even arranged an airport cab for the morning. This is a diamond of a deal in a tricky neighborhood, 5 minutes walk from the train station. I'll be back for sure, it is an oasis for peace of mind.

This hotel surprised me. It was good priced and in a great location. It is far from the main city, but we stayed to go to the airport because of the free airport shuttle. Which worked out perfectly because we had to leave at 9 the next morning and we scheduled it when we first arrived around 3. Staff greeted us happily when we first walked in and the location is gated which made me feel really safe in such a big city. Only complain was that the dinner wasn’t too good, but not what we came for. Would recommend.

They promised a complimentary airport shuttle that did not exist resulting in a very expensive taxi ride and the location is awful & remote - not even in Naples as advertised - 30 minutes from airport. HOTEL ROOM WAS BIG AND CLEAN, BUT IT WAS NOT WELCOMING, BESIDE THE BED AND TILES EVERYTHING IS PLASTIC, CHAIR, SIDE TABLE, TROLLEY IN WASHROOM, KIND OF ODD FOR A HOTEL THAT SIZE. THE PARKING IS NOT CONVENIENT AND THE STAIRS TO HOTEL IS NOT WELL THOUGHT. OVERALL IF YOU ARE ONLY SLEEPING FOR A NIGHT ITS OVERPRICED, AND THE HOTEL DESIGN INTERIORS AMBIENCE IS A FAILURE. False advertisement on the amenities!

Be around that this hotel advertise a free order to the airport that I cannot provide to you. I communicate with them for two days before arriving by emails and they announce me that on the Sunday the free shuttle doesn’t work. The day of my arrival, 2 hour prior my checking the announce me they couldn’t accommodate my free shuttle. I had to cancel it and they charge me anyway. Stay away from this hotel that actually lying to you and try to rip you off!

Wir konnten im Hotel Serapide eine sehr angenehme Nacht in Neapel verbringen, da es sich in einem ruhigen Stadtteil befindet. Am späten Abend war es uns jedoch unmöglich den privaten Whirpool zu nutzen, was den Aufenthalt für uns persönlich perfekt gemacht hätte. Der Schwefelgeruch des Vulkans, der am Spätabend am stärksten war, hat es uns unerträglich gemacht. Dies lag jedoch nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels. Es war trotzdem schade um das Erlebnis. Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr sauber gehalten: gut klimatisiert, überall liegt ein frischer Geruch und alle Räume werden stetig gereinigt. Alleine der obengenannte Whirlpool, war unser einziges Manko. Leider wurde dieser nicht einwandfrei gesäubert bzw. er befand sich in einem veralteten Zustand. Dies war etwas schade. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das gute Frühstück und die tolle Aussicht haben es uns aber schnell vergessen lassen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
