Room was not cleaned by staff sometimes. Only given two coffee pods for a 20 Day stay; you gotta pay for extra coffee. Had to keep activating the room key at the front desk because it wouldn't work. Room needed deep cleaning. Rotten cheese during breakfast. Front desk staff left me waiting for 40 min to make a change to my reservation only to come back and indicate that it was not possible.

My room was filthy, black hand marks on the wall and baseboards. Stains on the bed frame, but clean sheets at least. Staff at front desk did not even try to speak English or Spanish to me, so my wife spoke Portuguese. No door man to help with luggage to the room, front desk girl watched me struggle with bags for elevator and no help. Room phone did not work. Worst hotel i have had in Brasil, and this is my 4th time visiting in the last 7 years.

Já perdi a conta de quantas vezes já nos hospedamos no Vogue. Mas dessa vez, senti que teve uma pequena queda de qualidade. O secador de cabelo era bem mais fraco do que o que havia. Retiraram a cafeteira do quarto. O colchão era bem duro e bastante desnivelado. Será que essa venda dos quartos está impactando na qualidade do hotel?

Gostamos de nos hospedar aqui mas alguns detalhes deixaram a desejar. Pelo valor que se paga em uma acomodação assim, deveriam se preocupar com o mínimo. Nossa cama estava forrada apenas com um lençol. Não havia no quarto um lençol para cobrir e nem uma coberta. O lençol que forrava a cama estava rasgado. Ligamos na recepção e pedimos um lençol para cobrir e uma coberta, pois estava bem feio no RJ. Quando voltamos do jantar, haviam nos deixado uma cobertinha de solteiro. Tivemos que ligar novamente na recepção para pedir uma coberta decente e uma lençol para cobrir. Finalmente nos trouxeram mas o estado da coberta era feio. Nos esquentou mas estava em péssimas condições. E o colchão se encontrava sem capa. Pelo rasgo do lençol se via um colchão. Gente, é simples. Será que estou sendo exigente demais? Um hotel caríssimo com lençois e coberta nesse estado, não condiz com o valor. Vamos parar de supervalorizar o que não vale. Outro detalhe, estávamos em duas pessoas. Tem uma cafeteira no quarto, mas havia apenas um sachê de café. Enfim. São detalhes que tem que ser ajustados pra condizer com o nível do Hotel.

Ao chegarmos nos deram 1 quarto que não havia sido arrumado. Levamos um susto ao abrirmos a porta e nos deparamos com um quarto todo bagunçado. Nos ofereceram outro, porém, as roupas de cama estavam com alguns rasgos. Não havia lençol para a cama King ou Queen. Somente para cama de solteiro. Tbm não havia edredom ou manta para cobrirmos. Disseram que o hotel não dispunha de roupa de cama pq estavam na lavanderia. O banheiro só disponibilizava um sabonete pequeno embalado num pequeno plástico. A qualidade do hotel caiu surpreendentemente. Ficamos sabendo que ele foi vendido.
