Absolutely perfect location for a trip to Boston, just a few steps away from Boston Common, and about a 10 minute walk from Beacon Hill. The nearby Park Street T stop is an ideal downtown location to travel to Copley, Cambridge and South Station. Loved it!

Overall, we made the most of our experience. However, it was not clear that the bathrooms were communal, we did not have a real window, and there were HUGE bugs throughout the building.

This place is in an amazing location, very quiet, close to everything. We were there when the temperature was cooler than normal, the portable air con ran and kept most of the place comfortable. The bedroom needs an easy to do ceiling fan to circulate air, was our only recommendation. Place could be much warmer when summer hits. Highly recommended.

The only good things about the place was its location and simplicity of checking in and out. The room didn't have the cutlery and stove as in the descriptions. My room had a terrible smell and i tried to get help by sending a text to the number i recieved through email. No response at all. The AC/fan/heater had a huge tube going our through the wall under the window which means there is a huge wall on the wall right to the extremely busy street only covered by duck tape😀. Therefore, every outdoor noise could be heard as if it was happening inside the room.

We loved it!

A clean and cozy little hotel. It's perfectly situated! We were on the second floor, with 4 bathrooms 2 kitchens and a laundry. Our bedroom had a fridge and a microwave. Very convenient after a long day. The check was very easy, we received a noticed about our bedroom beinf ready 2 hours before normal check in.

Terrible

This place is way overpriced for what it offers!! The bathroom over flow the first day the kitchen sink did not drain, the carpet was on terrible conditions, the bed was taped in place. The tv is a joke. Sheet and towels weee clean. Location was great.

3 nights in Boston

Ill start with the positives - great location! Within a minute of Boston common, surrounded by shops, cafes, theatres and train stations. There was a full length mirror (if thats important to you). Has good amenities, fridge, iron, cutlery microwave....And overall it was pretty clean! Negatives- there is no front desk, they send you the check in codes via email only after you have sent them photo ID. Problem is, they sent us the request for ID the day of check in when we were on a 7hr flight from Edinburgh so we were stood on the street trying to call the reservations team. The room was quite shabby - fixtures falling off, no handles on cupboards, tv remote not working. The street the hotel is on is incredibly loud, even earplugs dont keep out the noise. There was a fan in our room and they had placed the vent out one of the windows so the window cant close properly and just filled the gap with a piece of thin plastic and duct tape, did not help with trying to keep noise out. Even though it was pretty cheap, i would not stay here again
