This hotel gets it right. Smooth check in with a welcome glass of cava, stylish room with a comfortable bed and huge bathroom, fabulous staff. Delicious breakfast. Rooftop pool is icing on the cake! The location is convenient for exploring and has plenty of transport options.

From the checkin to the checkout, everything was perfect Great location, close to the city centre but also quick to go to the airport. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, and none of them disappointed. The room was clean, modern and everything worked well. The breakfast options are delicious and fair price (apart from the orange juice that didn’t taste good) To resume we would stay again and recommend this beautiful hotel.

We had an excellent stay here! Bubbles upon arrival, an enthusiastic and friendly host who gave us food/bar recommendations, a map of the city and overall made the process really relaxing and easy. The property itself is gorgeous! A lovely restaurant with an outdoor courtyard in the centre and a gorgeous rooftop terrace with a plunge pool and bar! At night the terrace had a great atmosphere with music and the bar opening. Our room was very comfortable and air-conditioned. We had a late flight and despite checking out the hotel allowed us to come and go throughout the day as we please to continue using the amenities and leave our bags with them. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return!

I stayed 4 nights. Excellent friendly reception on arrival with a lovely glass of champagne. Room spotless and facilities perfect. Breakfast was lovely but liked to be more vegan options e.g more cereals. Lovely view on 4th floor and nice mini pool. Location was great near public transport. Filling up a glass bottle the hotel gave you was a good idea to take up to your room but the glass bottle was heavy. Might be better idea if one was left every day in room. Loved the hotel and eould happily stay there again.

Nathalia and Tommy at reception go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome — their genuine smiles, enthusiasm, and attention to detail truly stand out. These two are a model of how hospitality should be done. The accommodations are comfortable, and the hotel’s location is ideal — within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping areas. Dinner at the hotel is highly recommended; the quality and value easily surpass nearby options. Rooms are quiet and spacious, ensuring a restful stay. The gym, though on the smaller side, is well-equipped for a solid workout. The only minor drawback is the pool, which is closer in size to a spa than a swimming pool. Overall, Hotel Nou Baleares offers a wonderful experience with outstanding service and excellent value. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely a place worth staying.

Great hotel for a stay in Palma

Had a great stay at Hotel Nou Baleares. Everything was pristine, room was very quiet and dark. We stayed in a junior suite and it was a great size. Location of the hotel is very convenient to get to the city center, main bus terminal, etc. I would definitely come back!
