Everything was fantastic. Only the sound insulation is a bit weak. We can hear the next door sound clearly when they plugging in the plug point and doors open and closed. Same goes to outdoor sound, we can hear clearly at night for the cars and motors sound. Hope this may be improved further.

The service staff is very helpful. Thank you for assisting us and attending to my request patiently. The hotel has a good mix of contemporary and heritage feel. It is clean. Wifi is a bit slow though. That is my only complaint. There are a lot of good eateries and a shopping centre (Aeon mall) nearby.
