The room was nicely decorated, clean, had everything we needed for a short stay. The heat worked well. Though I never met the staff, they were good at communicating and clear in their instructions. The only suggestion I would make is the scent of the bedding. It was a bit strong, so a little less would be much nicer. We left too early to take part in the breakfast options.

This place smells AMAZING! there is no receptionist at the location however she is able to do everything if not more remotely. There is a lounge area which provides brilliant coffee, teas and delicious snacks. The room was very spacious spotless everywhere. Bedding and towels were very clean. Wifi working. free parking on street. A little away from central however easily accessible by bus. very close to airport.

The place itself is really good, but unfortunately the location not so much. With public transport being so unreliable in Naples, it made it a little difficult to get back and forth, and this is definitely something to keep in mind. The rooms are large and I had a queensize bed despite being just me, which was amazing. Bathroom is spacious and clean. I stayed in room 1. I wish there was a a couple of smaller lanterns to make it more cozy at night, otherwise it was perfect. Breakfast is not fulfilling, it's merely candy and coffee, though it is nice to grab on the way out of the door. It is available 24/7 too. I did not feel very safe in the location as a solo female traveller, but I felt this with most of Naples unfortunately.

The manager was available by phone at all hours and spoke English very well. The place is small but well maintained and has everything needed for a short stay. The owner came to meet me and wanted to be sure I was being cared for. He arranged for a taxi to come in the morning to return me to the airport and it came right on time. The Wi-Fi connection was good and dependable. I was only there overnight and I would recommend Sweet Dreams to anyone wanting a nice, affordable, convenient to the airport place to stay. If I were to return to Napoli, I would reserve a room here in advance.

The actual room is small but very nice. They can improve on the check in process. I don’t remember how this place presented as, motel, hostel, or hotel. I received instructions to phone call to get access to the property remotely. What if I didn’t have phone access when I arrive? I lucked out, there was someone in the property who heard us outside and let us in. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. Also there was a sketchy tax charge, no big deal €6 but didn’t receive a receipt and I haven’t encounter that before.

This property has free street parking and is close to the airport Other than that I don’t have much good to say about it. The area is very dirty and run down, with zero amenities around it. The room itself is very small and the walls are paper thin. You can hear every noise and comment and bathroom activity from the rooms beside you. The shower is so miniature you can barely turn around. We were thankful we had dinner downtown before we checked is as our walk around the neighborhood turned up nowhere nice to eat despite being told there were several “very good” restaurants nearby. It’s a very basic place to stay if you have an early flight. Just don’t expect to get much sleep.

Very clean and cozy en suite room within 10 minutes drive to the airport. Limited places for dining in the neighborhood. Parking is a bit of a chore but it’s free on the street if you can find a spot. It’s a remote access facility which is a bit less personal. However it’s a good deal.
