This hotel was one of my favorites and I stayed there frequently The staff was wonderful and kind The place was clean It was an enjoyable stay and I recommend it to anyone who has to stop over in the Kentucky area bypass Louisville if you're headed Northeast and stay in Shelbyville instead.

The microwave didn’t work, the heat and air didn’t work, half the outlets didn’t work, bathroom had mold on the ceiling and The staff didn’t respect my wishes of not having my room cleaned by them. They still came in and cleaned my room daily even witch the do not disturb sign. I had a catholic necklace stolen by one of the housekeepers that was given to me before my first deployment to Iraq. I’ve brought up ALL these issues to the manager and absolutely nothing was done about it. Terrible place and I wish I could have gotten a refund of some sort and was told that it wasn’t going to happen. They barely spoke the English language.

The room was dirty- a clump of hair in the bathtub that hadn’t been cleaned well. A broken hanger laying in the easy chair. The trash had been emptied but the trash bag wasn’t replaced and had coffee grounds residue all over it. The wash cloths and towels were very thin and dingy and one of the washcloths had nasty poop stains. The bedding also had dingy stains. Hotel front desk staff was friendly.

Decent.

Breakfast had cold options, but we're good. Cereal, yogurt, muffins etc. No eggs bacon waffles etc. Rooms were clean and kept well. The check in guy was kind. The female worker was a little rude about towels. Only thing i struggled with was the mattress was hard.
