The stay at Grand Cafe Hotel was unpleasant , check-in was pretty easy but after a long road trip, all you expect is more attention on helping the guests as carrying the luggage to the room, I couldn’t find anyone who could help me so I did it myself. I called room service for basic supplies as Water (since you can’t find in the room) the answer I got is to go down and get it. (No room temperature water, only cold, if you are sick you better wait the temperature to drop) Those type of hotels are for people whom has been driving for hours on a road trip and need a rest for the day, obviously Grand Cafe is not prepared, their stuff weren’t trained to attend the basic services to their guest. Note: 3
