It’s a good place but a bit noisy. Excellent air conditioning even though it’s just ceiling fans. It does need some upgrades like the tv was really really old but it worked fine. No water was given. The staff was excellent though.

Why they don’t tell you that is cash only? When I reserved they took my credit card info, but when I got to the front desk they told me it wasn’t paid and they only take cash. That’s very disappointing

El lugar es muy agradable sin embargo el único inconveniente que encontré es que para bañarse es muuuy difícil templar el agua, el agua caliente sale hirviendo y a fría sale helada. Por más que intentes templarla es muy difícil, prácticamente fue imposible bañarme

Si buscas una estancia céntrica, económica y con estacionamiento, este es el indicado, puedes irte caminando al centro y también bien irte en taxi, pasan seguido, no esperes lujos, pero es limpio y básico.

Me gustó mucho, que está cerca del centro de Guanajuato, mi experiencia fue que llegue a mi hospedaje a las 6 AM y estaba cerrado. Dice que es un servicio 24 horas. Toque muchas veces pero nadie me atendió. Ya hasta que regrese a las 8 am fue que ya estaba abierto, pero aún así me hicieron esperar 15 min, porque la chava encargada llegó tarde, estaba una señora pero no me atendió. Mi opinión es que si no es un servicio de 24 horas que lo señalen.
