The bathroom door didn't shut all the way and you could see through the gap. The curved shower curtain rod was loose, so the curtain didn't cover the entire shower area and ended up drooping in the middle. We had trouble getting to sleep because we could hear the room above us (creaky floor, talking/TV sounds). It made for a long night because it kept waking up my kid, who panicked thinking someone was trying to get into our room. On the bright side, the staff was nice and the pool area was clean. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the heating/AC worked well.
