We were booked to stay here but i unfotunately booked the room incorrectly. I was needing a 1 bedroom suite. Unfortunately the hotel was sold out snd didn’t have even an extra room. I have stayed here the prior 2 years for the same event. The staff here are so helpful and friendly. This trip they continued to be that way. They were so helpful to our situation that they did refund our room so we could go elsewhere and get what was needed. We so appreciate the staff and the hotel for always being so kind.

This place is really getting run down. Thurd yime we have stayed here. This time room wasnt cleaned well. Food or some kind of yuck all over counters and night stand, bed is worn so badly it is deformed. Dusty and sour smelling in the room. Doors on fridge dont swing the correct way and towel bar and cupboard door falling off.

Horrible horrible experience. The dishwasher flooded our room. Maintenance was supposed to fix the issue. We gathered all our belongings and left to give them time to get the room together. Left the room around noon returned around 8pm. And the room was flooded again. We had to wait an hour. Wasn’t able to get another room… food was cold folks ready for bed and because we was put in a room that should have been out of order was just simply wrong… it was not handled properly…
