Very easy to check in, with excellent video instructions sent in advance. The location is perfect for exploring Catania, really close to all the major sights and near plenty of good bars & restaurants. The rooms are big and airy, with comfortable beds and tasteful decor. The Ortigia cosmetics in the bathroom were a nice touch. Good selection at breakfast including pastries, fresh fruit, cereal and ham/cheeses. We were only in Catania for 2 nights, but we’d have happily stayed longer!

This is an excellent small boutique hotel within easy walking distance of most of the major attractions in Catania. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good, and, most importantly, the host Martina is very attentive and helpful. She went out her way to help us in numerous ways during our stay. The owner went out of her way to show us how to get in to the hotel with a video she sent via email. The woman in charge of the breakfast was very attentive and called to reserve a taxi to the airport early morning. The room was very clean and modern with lots of lighting. Our only trouble was the noise at night unti sometimes 2 am from the pizza restaurant in the ally below our room. Even with my ear plugs I couldn’t sleep for 3 nights.

This is the best place we’ve stayed in Italy. Martina should get an award for her hospitality and charm! She’s AMAZING! The room is right in the middle of all the action. It is bright, clean and comfortable! Breakfast is perfect. Highly recommend!
