Very nice room with small kitchen area. Unfortunately, we got ants in some our food. Put it all in the refrigerator to kill them. Staff was very friendly and helpful when there (most of the time they were there). You have to ask for your room to be cleaned if you want it. Location was very handy, but it's easy to get lost. GPS is very useful.

Overall, a good stay in Seville for 3 nights. Location was great as it was central to everything, walkable to so many restaurants, thr Cathedral and Alcazar. We got in late on our checkin, and we literally got the 1st room on the 1st floor next to the reception desk! We were so tired and i had no energy to complain or ask for a different room. But I'm sure they could've given us another room. Our biggest negative was that i found a huge cockroach one night that I ended up killing with my shoe! I told the staff at the reception desk and although she apologized, all she said was she was going to tell the maintenance crew. I think they could've offered another room at that point?! Not the best customer service but the location amd the beauty of Seville itself, made up for these mishaps.

Th place was in a awesome location. Very clean, had everything you need offers more coffee and maid service if you want it. The only complaint I would have was that I was on the ground level and the rooms were very dark no natural light to come in. But it did have a beautiful sitting area that I used which made up for the limited natural light
