There was no grab and go breakfast like advertised and in order to cook you had to purchase all the utensils , there was hair in the tub. There was a bobby pin under the desk and they advertised queen size bed but it is a full size bed. I travel to philly once a year and will not stay there again. 2 nights before i left i woke up in the middle of the night from being bit by something

Not What I Expected.

With the recent snow and cold,it was difficult to walk from the car to the lobby without sliding or possibly falling. Check-in booth closed at 10 PM and I had to call to get someone to come check me in. Room was clean,bed was comfy,heater worked well and TV had plenty of channels and picture was crisp. Drain in bathroom sink was closed and I had no way to open it so I used the sink by the kitchen for everything. Quite overpriced for my night's stay.

The parking lot was unplowed, and it has been a week since the snow. The snow was driven on and packed down and slippery. I mentioned the poor parking lot to the desk staff and he got snippy with me. No bath mat or shampoo in room. There were no spoons/ forks in the kitchenette, in fact there was nothing in the kitchenette. Microwave worked. There was a full sized refrigerator. Nice plus was a recliner in room, although I didn't realize it was a recliner until I was ready to leave. I was in the area 2 nights ; I didn't stay here the second night.

Why would a propery that is full of homeless people be on this site. I was appalled at the location and it reeked of smoke and it was full of homeless people and to make it worse someone was smoking and the alarm for the hotel went off at 2am.. absolutely worst hotel experience ever

This was the first time a friend and I have stayed at this chain. We brought two dogs in a room with two beds. There was plenty space to crate the dogs. But we saw bugs in the bathroom. We had to ask for multiple keys since a new one would deactivate the old one but we should have been able to keep 2 without issue. Also the front desk isn't open until 10AM. There is no breakfast served but good thing with their bug problem. Told the old gentleman at checkout there were roaches, he said unfortunately we have that problem.

Reserved 3 double rooms for my family. First room was nice, 2nd room had dead roaches like they just sprayed and no one vacuumed, third room had a roach on the kitchen counter as soon as we walked in. They offeredus another room but it was only a single bed room and offered no compensation.

I felt unsafe at this location. Clientele and staffing seemed shady. Lots of large dogs who were fierce and barking all day long. I would never recommend this pace to anyone.
