8/10 Very good

The staff was great and so friendly. The building is an older building, the rooms smelled old but they were clean. It was good for a 1 night stay, location was perfect.

I felt unsafe at this location. Clientele and staffing seemed shady. Lots of large dogs who were fierce and barking all day long. I would never recommend this pace to anyone.

I guess you get what you pay for. Would have been nice to have coffee in the room, but the continental breakfast was fine.
Bradley, 1-night trip

Room smelled. Stained carpet, breakfast ends at 9:30 and takes coffee away. LOUD toddler room above. Staff told them to quiet down. Bed And bedding were nice but too much else going on to enjoy myself.

Front Desk Guy Was No Help Whatsoever.....Waste Of Breath. If you Hate Your Job So Much.....Quit. Don't Take It Out On The Customer. Management Is Alm But Non-Existant. Stay Away.
Lucas, 7-night trip

I did not like no coffee avail in lobby or a small coffee maker in the room. That was a huge turn off for me

This property is the most disgusting place i have ever been.!! I choose this place because it was a last minute due to and early game. Big regret. Disgusting filty walls. The room needs total maintenance not to mention the smell was horrible. Not worth $160 dollars. Do not stay here !

This was the first time a friend and I have stayed at this chain. We brought two dogs in a room with two beds. There was plenty space to crate the dogs. But we saw bugs in the bathroom. We had to ask for multiple keys since a new one would deactivate the old one but we should have been able to keep 2 without issue. Also the front desk isn't open until 10AM. There is no breakfast served but good thing with their bug problem. Told the old gentleman at checkout there were roaches, he said unfortunately we have that problem.

I WAITED 10 MIN IN LOBBY WHILE THE FRONT DESK CLERK WAS "PLAYING " OUT FRONT. BOTH FRONT DOORS WHERE OPEN 24 HRS WITH LEAVES BLOWING INTO LOBBLY AND NOT SAFE. THE ROOM LOOKED OLD AND WORN AND THE REFRIGORATOR MADE NOISE ALL NIGHT. THERE SEEMED TO BE A HOMELESS EMCAMPMENT HAVING A BON FIRE OUT FRONT AS WELL.
DENNIS, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Room smelled bad odor. Floors were not mopped - very sticky. Elevator not mopped - very sticky. Clothes rack were broken. No breakfast (when on Hotels.com indicates free breakfast).

Not cool

Blankets are an important requirement for hotel rooms. Mine had none. The heater was too loud to use, so I bought a blanket. The overall vibe of the hotel was creepy-people in the halls, kids running up and down, ambulances and police cars…I would not stay there again. And what is the point of paying fir a room with a kitchen if you cannot get anything with which to cook or eat???
Allison, 4-night trip

I wouldn't recommend it

I arrived in the evening to check in and I was told the front desk employee just walked off the job. The only employee there checked me in and I went up to my room which wasn't cleaned. We tried 2 more rooms, also not cleaned. Ultimately myself along with another couple behind me were told they couldn't accommodate us (even with a reservation). I got a refund but of course that takes a few days so I didn't have much to find a new place to stay. This isnt the fault of the employee that tried to help me but it feels like this place isn't well managed.

I was having surgery the next day in pville and we live kinda far so I found this place. It was not only in my budget but it was perfect. They even offer late check out bc I was concerned for my husband sleep. So I asked at check in if he could check out after 11 and get more sleep. They said 12:30/ he ended up not taking them up on the offer and stayed in the waiting room after going back to check out. We left at 5am so no one was there. Prob stay there again when I have my next surgery. Only downfall was the 100 hold on my card but I got it back quick. I just hate those security deposits at any hotel.

This will be my last time staying at this establishment. The condition of the room and facility was unacceptable. The soap in my room looked ancient, the towels were dirty, and I developed an eye infection after sleeping on the bed. The fridge was dirty on the outside, and the shower head was covered in white buildup and filth—I had to clean it myself before showering. The side doors are always propped open, creating a serious safety concern for guests. Everything in the building feels outdated and neglected. The posted sign claims vehicles must be in good standing to remain in the lot, yet I saw multiple damaged cars, including vans with boarded-up windows. I do not feel this is a safe environment. The overall atmosphere is less like a hotel and more like an evacuation shelter. I’m even going to Planet Fitness to shower during my stay. Thankfully, this is my last night here. I’ve learned my lesson.” Im at a urgent care now for resolution for my eyes infection $160.00! So far cost just to see a doctor

This place is falling apart and even though the email from the hotel says there's a "grab and go" breakfast, there isn't food or coffee. In our first room, the AC sounded like an airplane taking off, so we moved. In both rooms, the lights have to be plugged in to turn on - one is behind the headboard - and not all work. The shower rod was falling off the wall and there weren't plugs in the shower or tub. You have to ask for shampoo or a hair dryer, but the desk is closed until 9:00 AM. One positive is that the beds are very comfortable, but with all the other issues, I wonder how really clean they are - especially since there was snack trash from the previous visitors under the bed.
Sarah, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Staff was friendly, helpful. Our bathroom door in our room did not shut due to the kitchen counter being BUILT in the way. Our shower curtain rod was angled DOWN so the shower curtain does not pull close, resulting in water on the floor. Fire alarm went off twice for 0 reason for an hour. Not a terrible hotel for the price but you get what you pay for.
