Very comfortable downtown loft apartment with kitchen, living room, large bathroom, one bedroom with king size bed and queen bed adjacent to living room sectioned off by floorr to celing curtains. It was a plus to have access to a washer and dryer.

Warning - horrible for health

Horrible for health We left after only 1 night. The appartement (926) smells a chimical product and we didn’t sleep well. After the night, we had skin reaction and we didn’t feel well. We had prefered to leave and take an hotel.

Terrible smells and sketchy area

Bad smell of mothballs and kerosene when fan was on. Sketchy area across from a park with lots of homeless people. Air mattress was 2nd bed when listing showed a pull out couch. On the plus side the room was huge.

A Different But Very Good Stay

Excellent place to stay near the Hutchinson Convention Center and other sites. Not a hotel, but seems to be an old building, converted to condos or apartments, that rents out a number of furnished units on a daily basis. You do not get a room assigned when you arrive. You get a specific, numbered, unit from the beginning. First, the downside. No one is onsite at a front desk to check you in or to help you, and the code system that is used is a bit difficult to learn. A room code quit working, so it was good I had their number handy in my phone. Everything seems to be done remotely. I never was comfortable with the system though I understand it better now. Keypad was tricky Due to its great location, a two-block walk to the convention center, we found people sleeping on the sidewalk and grates near the front door every evening. A little disconcerting, but after the first time, we felt safe. The rooms are great, but the hallways are a bit unfinished and sometimes had a slight smell. And you must carry your stuff almost a block from parking to the hotel. Second, the upside. The room was amazing in size, with a full kitchen and sufficient furnishings. The valet parking was free in a small parking garage. The rate was better than hotels in that location. When I called them, several times, the people who answered were quite helpful and worked to provide what was needed. I parked my car and could walk the entire three day stay. Overall, a very good stay in an excellent location!

Great sized apartment - perfect for the group our size. however one of the bathrooms shower curtain was covered in mold. Beds were incredibly comfortable and walking distance to downtown, the area has a lot of homeless present.

Butler Building

Unfortunately this place was not to expectations. We had little bugs and roaches everywhere throughout the house. When called and complained they said they’d send someone to check it. Never heard back. Called again and said they sprayed and instantly found more. Called again said nothing else was available and that a raid bottle was under counter. Sprayed again myself. More came again. Called again and said they’d look at possibly compensating. The house itself is really cute and nice looking, but this was awful and then the customer service is bad. There is a ton of homeless outside but unfortunately that’s everywhere in Dallas. I will say others I know that stayed in the same building did not have this issue. So maybe it’s this apartment. I don’t know but wasn’t the best experience with bugs.

Ok in Dallas

Owner very responsive. Very good location. A lot of unhoused people in the area, but no problems. Unit looks as described. Cool indutrial vibe. Overall very clean with comfy beds. However, entire building smells like petrleum/gas fumes. Manager first said it was because they just reginished hardwoods, but no wood flooris n unit or building common areas- it's all concrete. They brought air freshener on first day when we complained, but air freshener scent gave us headaches as well. Unit was full of gnats. I killed about a dozen a day-gross. When i told owner, they said they'd send exterminator after we check out. Didn't help during our stay. Valet parking a plus, but no safe place to unload car. Property has no luggage carts, so had to make several trips.
