I had repeated problems from previous visits, which were not properly rectified despite continuous reporting. These included Blocked drains, USB outlets not charging, power outlet on desk not working, hair dryer cord too short to be of use, TV controller battery not working, toaster in all day dining takes a long time to toast, and was full of old toast slices behind the toaster due to poor delivery, lack of basics provided in ADD including no butter at bread station, no serving spoons with many dishes, lack of large mugs for coffee, no bowls at fruit station etc etc
