Minha estadia no hotel foi excelente! Desde o check-in até o momento da saída, fui muito bem atendido por toda a equipe, sempre atenciosa e prestativa. O quarto estava limpo, confortável e bem equipado, proporcionando uma ótima noite de descanso. As áreas comuns também são bem cuidadas e organizadas. O café da manhã foi um destaque à parte — com variedade, qualidade e um ambiente agradável. Sem dúvida, uma experiência muito positiva. Recomendo fortemente e com certeza voltarei em uma próxima oportunidade!

Terrivelmente sujo, coisas quebradas uma decepção

Minha estadia neste hotel foi simplesmente terrível e profundamente decepcionante. Logo ao chegar, encontrei cabelos de outras pessoas por todos os lados: no chão, nos travesseiros, no banheiro, nas paredes e até dentro dos lençóis. A limpeza era inexistente. A privada estava quebrada, o box vazava água por todo o chão, o frigobar e a mesa estavam imundos, assim como o vidro da janela. A TV? Inútil — nenhum canal disponível. O café da manhã foi outro desastre: pães velhos, pratos com lascas, ausência de itens básicos como queijo, e funcionários mais preocupados em conversar ao telefone do que atender os hóspedes. O único ponto minimamente aceitável foi o chuveiro. De resto, uma experiência revoltante. A estrutura, o atendimento e a higiene estão abaixo do inaceitável. Já fui cliente da rede Slaviero, mas após isso, jamais voltarei. O hotel era um dos três mais caros da cidade, e esperava conforto — recebi decepção e indignação com tanta sujeira. Minha esposa precisou limpar o quarto com papel higiênico e lenço úmido para conseguirmos dormir. No dia seguinte, a camareira apareceu sem materiais básicos, como cobre-leito, e nem sequer passou pano no chão. A única preocupação foi perguntar se consumimos algo do frigobar. Triste, deprimente e revoltante. Um momento que era para descansar virou uma experiência humilhante. Não desejo isso para ninguém. Fuja desse hotel. 2 diárias para nunca esquecer.
