The water pressure in the shower could be better, and the shower head needs to be replaced soon. The bathroom is cleaned with vinegar and the smell was quite strong during our stay. The wc needs to be re-tightened to the floor, it moves while in use. Location is perfect, and the place is sparkling clean.

Kasa immediately addressed all issues (no clothes hangers & broken hair dryer). The view was amazing and the location made it say to walk everywhere. I will be back!

Great location at the heart of River North Chicago! However, the kitchen was not adequately equipped for a 2 week stay. We did not have enough dishes for the day (4 plates, 4 knives/forks, 2 bowls, etc..) and the pots and pans were very low quality. On a good note, the bed was very comfortable!

家族で３泊しました。一点だけ、窓側にあったスタンドライトが球切れなのかつきませんでした。日中は１階にスタッフの方がいるのでその方に言えば確認してくださったかと思いますが、タイミングが合わずそのまま。その点を除けば、お部屋の環境はとてもよく、調理器具、食器も不足はありません。オリーブオイルと黒コショウがおいてあったのもよかったです。快適に過ごすことができました。駅もWhole Foodsも近くにあって立地もよかったです。

This is my third stay with Kasa at this location and this location could not be better the unit is walking distance from everything! The unit is extremely clean, well equipped and I’m always surprised how large it is. I was unlocking my door when a nice young lady came up to tell me she needed to replace a light bulb in the bedroom lamp which is impressive because I didn’t know that it needed replacing. She told me she was located in the building which allows them to take care of any issue. My stay there was great and I will be happy to book there again during my next trip.

Need a clean bathroom

Over all I recommend this property. However bathroom was not clean which was only one bad point. Wall of the bathtub was covered by black algie fungus which can be cleaned by bleach and brushing to disinfect. This was only issued I had.
