Nice hotel. The lady at front desk (arrival on a Wednesday afternoon, after 3:00 pm) was not nice, very grumpy, is obvious she hates her job. We reported that the water comes out of the shower and floods the whole bathroom and out to the closet area. The guy at the front desk said "show me". Can't he go and check himself. Their solution was to leave a water squeegee to celaun up the water ourselves.

Beautiful hotel! Decor was gorgeous, my family and I booked the “Family Double Room (Industrial Contemporaneo)” and we were not disappointed. Super clean and spacious room, helpful staff, calm ambience, all at a great price. We booked this room so we can visit Chichén Itzá in the morning, which is just a 45 minute drive. Breakfast was included as well as free parking and A/C. Would definitely book again, no doubt about it!

Overall our stay was good

When I reserved the hotel the total price was about $162 USD. During the check in they charged me $170 USD due to the change in currency. We had an issue with breakfast. Even though we were there quite early by 7:45-8:00 they were already run out of the toast and jam. They didn’t have an orange juice, however it says orange juice in the menu. And the waiter took an order of orange juice. The variety of breakfast foods was limited, small portions. The pool was dirty with lots of leaves and insects. Overall, the room was nice and clean, the bed was cozy.
