Horrible experience!! They canceled my reservation hours before it was time to check in. I was told it was because of a pluming issue, and they would reimburse me right away, and as of today, I haven't been able to get my money back nor speak to anyone with regards to my reimbursement. They are telling me to contact expedia which I did and they tell me to contact home owners. This is the worst experience ever!
