We’ve stayed with this chain at other locations before and have always had a good experience, but unfortunately this particular property was very disappointing.
The room was not in good condition when we arrived. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell, and dust buildup in every corner. The floors were dirty, with sticky black stains throughout. The bed sheets had small black particles on them—we were initially concerned about bedbugs, though it appeared to just be debris. There was also visible hair, fur, and dust around the room.
The amenities were extremely minimal. There was only a single bar of soap—no shampoo, lotion, or other basic toiletries. Although the room had a kitchenette, it lacked even the most basic items, such as a coffee maker or any kitchen supplies.
Additionally, the elevator was not working, which made moving around the property inconvenient.
We informed the front desk and requested cleaning. While they were responsive and agreed to address it, the room was not significantly improved when we returned.
Overall, this was disappointing, and that this is not a budget hotel. Based on our experience, this location does not meet the cleanness standard.
