Very nice hotel situated in a lovely area. Hotel felt safe and clean and there was chromecast in the room which is always appreciated as an English couple in a non-English speaking country. Only gripe would be that the parking felt limited as it is shared with the surrounding golf course and other amenities

Absolutely beautiful property, we came quite late but felt comfortable in the room and woke up to discover the wonderful lake and took a morning walk to see the wildlife and nature in the compound. A very clean hotel very luxurious rooms and just a very relaxing and low key feel.

A nice hotel with a good location if you are there to visit the castles. Good breakfast and service. But I would not recomend to stay there in summertime as there is no A/C and only 1 electric fan in the room. We did maximum get 2 hours sleep

The property and rooms are beautiful, the only criticisms is that the air conditioning was useless. Given the outside temperature was only 26c or so, the rooms were roasting hot and the tiny a/c unit totally ineffective. Would not return unless this was improved. Also the swimming pool was freezing despite being told that it was heated.

Personal an der Rezeption: Ich habe für drei Personen gebucht, sodass jeder seine Rechnung selbst bezahlt. Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Rechnung schon bezahlt ist, was nachweislich nicht stimmte, da der Betrag noch auf meiner Kreditkarte geblockt war. Darauf hin wurden die Abrechnungen einzeln erstellt. Obwohl wir schon einige Male in diesem Hotel waren, wurden die Rechnungen nicht mit der korrekten Firmenanschrift ausgestellt. Auf meine schriftliche Anfrage nach einem Zimmer mit Blick zum See wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie nicht alle Mitteilungen und Anfragen lesen und berücksichtigen können.

Zimmer groß und sehr bequeme Betten, sowie hochwertige Bettwaren! Wir hatten um ein Nichtraucher -Zimmer gebeten ( Reisen mit Kindern) und haben ein Zimmer direkt über der Terrasse bekommen, auf welcher nonstop ( bis 00:00 Uhr )geraucht wurde. So mussten wir das Geratter der A/C ertragen. Da hätten wir uns etwas mehr Mitdenken bei der Zuweisung gewünscht.
