Not very special, it was a normal hotel for a solo traveler and it was fair for the price. But in my room, the smell of cigarettes is very extreme.
All of the reception are good in their behavior and kind person.

Can i have a full refund please as we did not stay at this hotel?
Lack of knowledge and not providing what was advertised, (paking was included, on arrival i was told to park on the road near the hotel!!!) Not providing Corona protection and social distancing rules, and we were not impressed by receptionists handling of the case. We left without staying and immediately booked another hotel.

Evay Suite hotel was not existing as it was sold out to another person and they Evay Suite hotel didn’t informed their customers that we sold out our hotel so we will refund your money or you can stay at same address in hotel which took placed by the name of Loin king hotel and when we arrived we were in shock the Lion king hotel was not given us any room unless we pay them double of the price we paid. their services was very poor the rooms were very dirty, and noisy. No air conditioning. It was very hot we could barely sleep because of the noise and hot weather. My little son was crying every night, they were not giving even an invoice receipt to us because of taxes. I asked many times for electronic invoice but they said I should pay them the VAT price so then they will give me invoice, they were very rude and unprofessional specially the owner. I told them I will make a complaint to police and they said do as wish. We will not give any invoice. None of them speak English it was very hard to make them understand. It’s was a horrible experience. I never recommend it to anyone.

I have never seen such dirty hotel in my life, probably only on movies. When I walked in there were no sheets on bed and some really small moving bugs all over the pillows. Smell was bad in the entire hotel. Room window was stuck and it could not be closed. It was terrible experience. We instantly booked another place near by and moved there.

My wife and I originally planned to stay was for 3 nights, we liked the area very much and decided to spend another 2 weeks in the hotel , especially after meeting the hotel staff, specifically Serkan and Salma who have shown extreme hospitality and friendliness to us.
Anything we needed , ranging from room service , house keeping and amenities.
Would definitely recommend.
