I had booked almost a month in advance but when I arrived the king size bed I requested was not available. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work. And on the 3rd day the fire department came because of a deceased person. The staff said there had been a deceased person last week as well?!?!? Makes me wonder about the safety of the hotel and area.
