Rooms could use some upgrades like some paint maybe new doors bigger bathroom. Maybe authorizes some kid shows on the tv like nickelodeon. On a good note beds were comfy and the room was clean and no bugs awesome job.

This hotel needs a serious face lift, as does the area around it. The rooms were super dated and dingy clean with a cigarette smoke scent. We were supposed to stay two nights as we were in town for an event and didn’t have another option to cancel once we were there but we did just check out right after the event and drive the 8 hours home late at night just so my family wasnt there any longer than we needed to be. Look outside of York if you’re traveling to the area.

Great Room but some establishment updates needed

Our check in experience was perfect and the room was great. Exactly what we needed for a weekend trip. Only thing that could have been better with the room would be there are some cosmetic repairs that’s show but nothing that ruins your trip. The carpet does need cleaning as your feet show black after walking around. The pool was amazing looking and well maintained. The lobby was great and the breakfast wasn’t fantastic but efficient for us. The main issue was the steps of the hotel definitely need repairs because they are tripping hazards. Overall, I would stay again based on price and location.

Entrance was confusing. Customers who like to save money and take advantage of affordable hotels should help each other keep the rooms and furnishings clean and not disgusting. Hotels must keep the property nice and clean and customers should help maintain cleanliness too.

It was average. Our door looked like it was pryed open with a crowbar! Breakfast attendant was not nice or friendly. Coffee area was a mess. Pool was refreshing,altho no shade on a 100° day! Need umbrellas!

Some good things, some not-so-good.

On the positive side the hotel was easy to find and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean as well and amenities were available such as soaps and shampoo plus hair drier and ironing board plus iron. On the negative side although the hotel was clean as I mentioned earlier the property and rooms are in a very run-down condition. The breakfast bar was acceptable but mediocre. While I'm more than sure the staff are doing the best with what they've got the premises need a major refresh. dy

Disgusting…Stay away !

Absolutely disgusting ! ! ! Dirty, run down. So bad we were going to try to find somewhere else and just lose what we paid. Fortunately we were only staying overnight so we dealt with it. So disgusting and not taken care of we didn’t even consider the breakfast offering.

The room was ok, but for the three nights we were there no towels or bedding was replaced. They need to spray for pest control. We was greeted by a cockroach.The door did lock properly and the bed was like sleeping on concrete. Will not return back to this property ever

Unreliable or no internet made my stay frustrating, no light at bathroom mirror for makeup, mattress support sticking out to scrape my ankle, handicapped room without raised toilet.
