We checked in online earlier in the evening because our flight was coming in after midnight. When we went to the front desk to get our room number and keys, we were informed they had given our room with 2 beds away. We were “upgraded” to one with a king and sofa pull out. It was not comfortable at all. Also, all 3 of our keys only worked once. Not impressed.
