We went there because it was close to the state Theatre in Falls Church. It was five minutes away from the venue. The rooms are spacious. The full kitchen is really nice. Property felt very safe and the staff was excellent. We will definitely stay there again.

Overall, the right choice for an apartment style accommodation, it was convenient, with places to eat nearby. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well done. The only negatives were the couch was a little spent, and the bathroom was tight. But, that would not keep me from staying there again. It was well worth the cost.

The only reason I stay here is because of the incredible staff. They are top-notch at every level. Sadly, in my five years of staying at this hotel on and off, it has dropped significantly. Poorly maintained, dirty parking lots, the hallways are dirty just an overall feeling of aging and neglect. Not to mention the rooms, especially on the first floor have paper walls. You can hear every bump every foot every noise from above.

At midnight, someone placed a metal rod under the door and tried to unlock the door from the inside and gain entry into my room. This was supposedly an employee of the hotel who didn't knock or acknowledge their presence prior to jimmying the lock. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was not very clean. Stains everywhere. The sofa bed was not a real sofa bed. It should not pass as a bed. The sheet they provided for it was full of stains. The larger bedroom was next to a utility room and it sounded like heavy machinery was running all night. My friend stepped on a mousetrap (there were 5 or 6 of them in the smaller bedroom). Thankfully she was wearing shoes!
