Stayed for just a couple of nights but had the best time. Having RinkuTown station right next to the hotel was so convenient and the staff was wonderful when I checked in and out. We stayed one night for an early flight. The family room has a good size. Conveniently located a few minutes from airport. Transfer service to the airport is good. However, this hotel is very dated. The carpets in the room and in the hallway are dusty and smelly. The walls in the bathroom had disgusting stains. The air conditioning filters are old and dirty. Avoid this hotel until it’s fully renovated.

Staff were very helpful and messaged back quickly when I asked them questions. They spoke perfect English and helped to arrange the free shuttle bus for me. They have a microwave on the 30th floor. It was a super big hotel room and very clean. The hotel rooms start at floor 29, so if you have a fear of heights it might be trickier.

The spacious room had all the necessary items for a typical hotel but everything just felt so out dated as if you’re back in the 80s. And on top of that, the planes landing and taking off were so noisy. There was even a note on our window saying that when the winds blow, the building will sway and there will be creaking in the room but it’s still safe. Their lobby looks nice though, and you can drop off your luggage an hour or two early before check in so that you won’t need to travel around with your luggage(s). Overall just an average hotel and meets the need of a one night travel stay.
