Everything about this hotel was amazing. All the staff were nice and the cleaners were good at their job. It’s just the distance to haram that was a bit far but there was a shuttle bus available. I noticed that sometimes the bus might not be available at peak hours but otherwise everything about this hotel was perfect👍

Spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with ongoing upgrades. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is very comfortable and neat. The bus shuttle runs throughout the night and is always on time — absolutely perfect. A big thank you to the four staff members working between 01/02/26 and 03/02/26 — three ladies and one gentleman — all extremely helpful and kind. Special mention to the gentleman making the coffee — excellent service. Overall, a truly pleasant stay!

Breakfast was basic. Hotel is generally ok. Getting to and back from haram can be a mission at salah times. Bus service is good. Can get overcrowded though. Taxi service can be impossible at salah times. Taxi's either won't be availble or decline to go to the haram. Prices can be ridicolous at busy times.

The good - the reception staff, the price The bad - the breakfast (the danish pastries were far and few between the hotel guests, and super dry, expect very basic, and cold breakfast), the bathroom sink silicone was molded (forgot to take a picture), the shower gel ran out, the details on the Expedia page are misleading, the hotel is not a 3 minute drive from Kaaba. It’s at-least 10 minutes drive from Kaaba.

I highly recommend this hotel, the staff are extremely generous and helpful, hotel is very well maintained, it has a nice lounge with comfortable couches on the main floor, the cafe guy is very nice and respectful he also makes the coffee on point. See you guys next time I come to Makkah inshallah
