This Courtyard was a little below the standards of others I have stayed. The staff were helpful and very accommodating but seemed overwhelmed at times because of limited staffing. The room was clean but the trash at the property was not always emptied properly. I was surprised by the "community" microwaves in the icea areas. None in the rooms. Cafe was often understaffed. Hotel lobby computer out of order.

Despite a 3:00 check-in time, our room was not ready until after 10:00 PM. The staff did not offer any compensation other than free beverages from the lobby area.
