We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman that does the food and beverage service in the pool area. We rented a side-by-side quad one day to explore, even though we had a car. Lots of fun.

This was a last minute hotel for us. The staff was great, room was spacious, and the grounds were amazing. The volcano view from our room was breathtaking. Definitely an all around great find and we will be staying here again next time we are on the island of Ometepe.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at your property , beautiful, great place to visit, staff were vey cordial and professional. i would like to suggest to invest a bit of money in changing trash cans in bedrooms as this are vey old , dirty and corroded and cover in rust and it takes away the beauties of your property. We will definitely love to return at some point. Thank you

The hotel room was great but no staff around to help. I didn’t have water the whole afternoon until late night and the next morning I was taking a shower and the water gone I have get out of the shower with soap and start yelling to anyone to help me and after 2 hours they fixed by the time I have to check out. They need Staff and a phone in the room to connect it to the office to get help

Poor security.

I cannot recommend this hotel due to poor security. There was no safe in the room so valuables were consequently unsecured and I had my credit card stolen from my bag left in the room whilst at the hotel. I can only conclude that this is a dishonest employee as the room was locked so it was someone who had access to keys. We did notice that the staff generally seemed surly.

I was charged an additional $30 at the property for my two children. The hotel room was not worth that much...We booked with Family because of the pool. However, the pool was out of service for 3 days and they didnt inform us beforehand. They did offer we stay at another hotel with pool but less fancy. The AC in the room was dripping so we had to be changed to another room. No one is eeeever at the front desk so it takes for ever for your issues to be solved. The only saving grace was the breakfast and some of tbe staff. Would NOT recommend.

Il était mentionné que les enfants de moins de 7 ans voyageaient gratuitement. Lors de l’accueil, il m’a été demandé de régler la part des enfants, j’ai dû chercher le texte dans la réservation, faire une traduction afin qu’ils finissent par accepter. Ils sont bien hébergés gratuitement mais ne bénéficient pas du petit-déjeuner alors que celui-ci est inclus dans la réservation. Le personnel a été peu accueillant, à peine un bonjour, pas d’aide pour porter les valises et attente de la clé de chambre de nombreuses minutes avant de pouvoir rentrer. Côté restaurant, personnel agréable, le petit déjeuner est de qualité mais seulement à partir de 8h. La piscine, pas toujours nettoyée est grande mais froide car à l’ombre du grand bâtiment dès 15h. Aussi, des travaux ont lieu un peu partout dans l’établissement en ce moment. Je me questionne également sur la présence d’un singe capucin dans une petite cage. Si les enfants ont pu s’en occuper ponctuellement, sa place est bien sûr en liberté, pas convaincu que cela soit autorisé d’en détenir un.
