The hotel was newly renovated and very comfortable. The only misguidance was Hotels.com advertising the room with breakfast included, when the restaurant was not even open and operational yet. The hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea each morning in the lobby, which was convenient.

The headline here is location, step out of the lobby and you are essentially on Times Square, with Broadway at 48th–49th Streets right outside, which made it effortless to catch the energy of the city, walk to Rockefeller Center and Bryant Park, and jump on the subway at 49th Street. The room felt newly refreshed, quiet, and well laid out, with sweeping city views that our kids loved, exactly what you want for a Times Square stay where convenience and views matter most.

The location is right in the middle of time square, so it's loud and bright but that's what we wanted. I was disappointed that my reservation on Hotels.com came with breakfast but when I checked in they said their restaurant has not been cleared to open yet.
