Nice hotel would definitely book again.

Great new small hotel, very modern & comfortable rooms with nice little quality touches in the room to make it special. Staff are all very friendly welcoming and helpful. Location is great right on Spinola bay but far enough away from the noise. Breakfast was made to order & good, make sure you try the granola , we didn't eat in the restaurant but it was always packed with locals & smelt great so i would advise booking. Loved it there & wish I was still there, hotel & Malta are both great.

Très belles prestations

Magnifique chambre propre, entretue et avec de très bons services de chambres : - serviettes pour la plage - serviettes de toilettes (x6) - peignoir - vanity kit, shampooing etc … Le service de chambre est extrêmement bon. Le matelas et oreillers sont de très bonnes qualités. Le pdj était très bon. L’hôtel est situé juste à proximité de la baie de spinola qui est très animée ainsi il peut y avoir des bruits la nuit de fetards peu respectueux et alcoolisés.

Il bagno era munito di tutti i confort compreso il pavimento riscaldato se visitate Malta nei periodi non estivi. The 123 Mainstreet Hotell in St. Julian was a great place to stay with excellent service and great service. Please be sure and ask exact location details…while the location is excellent, locating the hotel can be challenging….especially at night.

Absolutely outstanding, modern, small hotel.

This is a small, very modern, nicely designed hotel with about 10 well appointed, modernly furnished, spacious rooms. The hotel has no parking (as many buildings in St Julian's have). There is a car park near by, about 3 min walk away. Also, since parking is a problem throughout the island and public transportation is good, you might want to reconsider to rent a car, anyway.

Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt. Nära till bad och resturanger. Det finns resturanger där man kan ta sig ett dopp direkt anslutning resturangen som ligger bara ett ca 10 min promenad från hotellet. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra med kommunikationer nära till hållplatser. Kostar 2.5 euro per person.Rummen var lite små men annars rent och snyggt. Med tillgång till badhandukar. Bra med kod till rummen istället för nycklar. Dom har frukostmeny som du får välja ifrån. Ville ha kokt ägg som inte stod med men det var inga problem att få det.

Great location. Perfect for couples.

Overall it was very very good. They were very helpful and supportive. I would say that the view from the balconies is not as open to the harbour as the photos suggest, especially in the Junior suites. This needs to be made clearer in the online site adverts. Also the noise from the restaurant downstairs can be heard quite a lot in the room. This does go off at exactly 11pm however, and the morning is very peaceful. Overall however, it is a lovely hotel, with very spacious and clean rooms, with a great location and great people running it.

Issues with aircon and shower but a great hotel

Air conditioning was not working properly on night 1 and the water pressure was really weak. Last day on checkout I didn’t have hot water. Also it was way too noisey even with the double glazing. Hardly slept all week. Other than that, the staff were amazing and very helpful.
