Outside of hotel needs a facelift. Pool and exercise room were both closed. Staff was not very friendly, the first lady I encountered was to eager to leave and couldn't be bothered with my questions. The person at the lobby was very nice and professional. However the room 104 had a very stained carpet and the top of the window sill also had stains. The room did not smell nice even though it was a non smoking room. This room was not worth what I paid. I have stayed in much better hotels like the Drury in for less. Very dissatisfied with this hotel.

When we arrived, the staff was friendly. However, when we went to our room, it had not been cleaned—there was trash everywhere and the beds weren’t made. We were given another room, but it was also dirty and moldy, and there was no toilet paper. The curtain looked like it had been burned and was covered in mold on the other side. There were also stains on the towels and bedding. Mind you, we were in town for my son’s oncology appointment, so this was not a good environment for him. Additionally, the pool and hot tub were not working, which was disappointing because my kids had been looking forward to using them.

The beds were good and comfortable. The furniture in the room was old and damaged. The bathroom walls could use a wipe down and fresh coat of paint and some bigger softer towels. The outside of the building is not inviting at all. The safe when we checked in was nice. The public areas carpets were stained and dirty.
